Sometimes the most modest houses provide the best canvases for home staging transformations. That was certainly the case with one of our favorite recent staging projects! The homeowner of 31 Trevett Blvd. knew for certain she wanted to stage prior to listing her home for sale. While the home itself had ample living space, especially when you saw the large lower level living area, the bedrooms were on the smaller side.

A common misconception is that staging small rooms makes them feel smaller, when it’s actually the opposite! It is very important to stage rooms that appear "too small" to showcase the size and scale of furnishings that the space can accommodate.

In this case, the bedrooms appeared too small to fit full sized beds. Once staged, it became clear what could fit in each room. We have been staging homes for years and sometimes even our own team is surprised and delighted at the transformation of these types of spaces!
